By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Direct bookings must be paid by bank transfer, payment gateway, or other approved payment methods.

All prices are shown and charged in euros (€).

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must stay at the property during the booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to stays of fewer than 28 nights.

All standard bookings include a 24-hour free cancellation period from the time the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival are fully refundable.

Guests who cancel between 7 and 28 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This includes taxes and service fees. Transaction fees charged by payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Chekin.com) are not refundable.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Apartments are accessed via a smart lock.

Check-in: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Check-out: before 10:00 am

4. House Rules & Guest Guidelines

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking confirmation.

Only guests included in the booking confirmation may stay in the apartment.

The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately, in accordance with local regulations.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Please respect quiet hours (10:00 pm–9:00 am) and avoid unnecessary noise.

Smoking inside the apartments is not permitted.

Barbecues are not permitted on balconies or terraces.

Pets are not permitted.

Commercial photography and filming are not permitted.

The landscaped communal areas are shared spaces and must not be used for games or recreational activities.

Bath towels are provided for use inside the apartment only and must not be taken to the beach.

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during their stay.

We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay.

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions or the House Rules.

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the property is located.
